Brooks Cole
Title: HoloVisionary
Gender: Male
Location: San Anselmo, CA ![]()
About Me:
I live in San Anselmo in Marin County just north of San Francisco in organic Marin County California with my sweetheart Suzie and our two perfect twin cats, Prometheus and Persephone and our new puppy, Vader.
I'm a media designer and information architect in the progressive and sustainability space. My company, HoloCosmos, creates beauty and user experience and branding for websites, online communities, web applications, and media channels for making change.
I am also the founder of a high tech startup called HoloGenesis which we humorously call what's after Google. HoloGenesis has discovered the key to the next major revolution in information technology: not a search engine, but a Discovery Engine – based on a patent-pending breakthrough of Copernican proportions. We think of it both an unparalleled business opportunity, and as an extraordinary means to fuel personal, social and global transformation. In historical terms, HOLO takes online users from the Age of Search to the Age of Discovery and Understanding.
I believe that a lot of our society's problems come from vision problems. Not problems with our eyes, but problems with our ability to see the truth – even when it is right in front of us – or when it is skillfully and deliberately hidden from our view. I believe most people and organizations would individually and collectively do the right thing if we could see what is really up.
So I am dedicating my life and professional skills to making truth and beauty and interdependence more visible, more findable and more fun to play with. And I am dedicated to shining the light in the dark places in ourselves and in our world because sunlight is the best disinfectant.
I'm developing an internet channel called InterdependenceTV to get out the word on how new kinds collaboration and new creativity is turning the world around. I'm also co-developing the HoloMap, an “interdependence technology” to be shared by changemakers and their organizations, and PhilanthroMap, an “interdependence technology” to advance transformational Philanthropy.
Please tell me your story of how you are collaborating to change the world. We'll help you get on the map!
